Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

Lessee/Member may cancel this Event or Meeting Reservation at any time up to 15 days prior to the Event/Meeting Date by providing written notice of such election to Lessor, at no cost to Lessee/Member. If Lessee/Member elects to cancel the Event or Meeting between 14 and 4 days before the Event or Meeting Date, Lessee/Member will be charged up to 50% of the rental cost and any expenses incurred in good faith by Lessor or Member in preparation for Lessee's use of the Facility. For cancellations three days prior to the Event or Meeting  Date, the Lessee or Member may be charged 100% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred by the Lessor.
